2. Text Messaging Terms

This section applies to all text messages sent by BIZREVAI. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opting out and getting support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (425) 770-4315. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. 3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or overload the site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

4. Services, Plans, and Fees

  • Our plans, pricing, and inclusions are described on our Plans page and are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.
  • Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Setup fees cover the build and launch of your system and are earned upon commencement of work.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change. Changes will not affect your current billing period and we will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect.
  • Third-party costs — including phone numbers, message and call usage, carrier registration fees, and similar pass-through charges — may be billed separately or in addition to plan fees. These are set by the providers, not by us.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Client

Our services send communications on your behalf, to your customers, from your business identity. Because of that, you are responsible for the following:

  • Consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact the individuals whose information you provide to us, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier rules.
  • Your data. You represent that any contact list or customer data you provide was lawfully collected and that you have the right to share it with us for the purposes of the engagement.
  • Carrier registration. Business text messaging in the United States requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) tied to your business identity. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Approval is granted by the carriers, not by us, and we cannot guarantee approval or timing.
  • Content approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving message content, offers, and claims before they go live.
  • Access and cooperation. You agree to provide the access, information, and timely responses reasonably needed for us to deliver the services.
  • Regulated industries. If your business is subject to sector-specific rules (for example healthcare or financial services), you are responsible for identifying those requirements to us before work begins.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services are built on third-party platforms and providers, including our CRM and communications platform, telephony and messaging carriers, calendar and email providers, and payment processors. Their availability, performance, policies, and pricing are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, filtering, suspensions, deliverability, or changes imposed by those providers or by mobile carriers.

7. Intellectual Property

The BIZREVAI name, logo, website, and content are our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Systems, workflows, templates, and configurations we develop remain our intellectual property; upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive right to use them for your own business for the duration of your engagement. Content you provide to us remains yours, and you grant us the rights necessary to use it in delivering the services.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We describe what our systems do, not what they will earn you. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing, your response times, and how you handle the leads and appointments the system produces. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, reviews, revenue, or other outcome. Nothing on this website or in our materials should be read as a promise of results.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIZREVAI and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the website or services, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIZREVAI and its owner from any claims, damages, penalties, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, your data, or your failure to obtain required consent for communications sent on your behalf.

12. Termination

Either party may end a month-to-month engagement at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if required by law, by a carrier or platform provider, or if we reasonably believe the services are being used unlawfully or in a way that creates risk for us or for message recipients.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in [[FILL: COUNTY — e.g. King County]], Washington, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
